Hi — I'm Philip.
Existing AI sales tools didn't get FA recruiting. They understood SaaS prospecting and tech hiring — not insurance careers, not MAS rules, not the difference between an SMU grad and an SIM grad. So I built one that does.

FAQ
The questions every director asks me first.
- Will my LinkedIn account get banned?
- No. The Chrome extension only reads profiles you actively visit in your own logged-in browser. It never sends connection requests or DMs automatically — you copy the AI-drafted message and click Send yourself. No headless scraping, no proxy accounts, no automation that LinkedIn could detect. Same posture as you doing manual research, just faster.
- How is this different from LinkedIn Sales Navigator?
- Sales Nav helps you FIND people. RecruitAICopilot reads what those people POST and tells you when they're signalling a career move. Sales Nav has no idea what 'career questioning year 5' means; we do. We're Singapore-FA-vertical specific: education tier weighting, MAS guardrails, local-school alumni recognition, kopi-style conversation drafting.
- How accurate is the SG/PR likelihood?
- It's a confidence score (0–100%), never an assertion of citizenship — LinkedIn doesn't expose that. The score is inferred from local schools (NUS / NTU / SMU / SUTD / SIT / SIM / poly / JC like RI / HCI / RJC), NS service mentions, location history span, language patterns, and alumni associations. We always show the score with reasoning so you can override your own gut.
- What about MAS compliance? FAs are regulated.
- Every drafted message is reviewed by a second AI pass against MAS-specific rules: income claims (e.g. 'earn $X', 'double your salary'), guarantees (e.g. 'passive income', 'easy money'), high-pressure tactics (e.g. 'limited time'), and misleading framing. Flags are categorised and shown inline before you copy. We can review the templates with your compliance officer at install.
- Can each AD have their own style? Or is it one-size-fits-all?
- Per-user criteria, per-user distilled voice (Team and up — your own LinkedIn posts become a structured voice profile so drafts sound like you), per-user pipeline. Each AD captures their own candidates, the AI ranks against each AD's own filters, and drafts in each AD's own tone. The District Director sees an admin view across the whole team but never crosses pipelines.
- What happens if I cancel?
- We hand you a CSV of all your candidates, signals, and drafted messages. Then we revoke access and delete your account data on request. No clawback fee, no exit penalty. PDPA-aligned: you control retention while you're a customer (delete any candidate anytime), and full deletion happens on cancellation.
- Where does my data live?
- Singapore-region VPS, your own database instance for District-tier customers. Anthropic Claude (US-region) processes the AI inference but doesn't store the data. PDPA-aligned data residency on request.
- How long is setup?
- Solo Manager: ~1 hour (criteria session + extension install). Team (up to 4 users): ~2 hours over a week (criteria calibration with the Associate Director, then a 30-min onboarding per user). District (5+): we'll scope it together.
